Constantly running around and shoving our own needs aside can cause resentment, frustration, and exhaustion. Untended, these feelings may grow into depression, anxiety, and even despair.
It may be difficult to believe that your life can be different. Taking that first step and saying "Yes, I want to live differently, to treat myself better" takes courage. This is where I come in. I can guide you along the path to change. I have worked with stressed out, undernurtured women of varying races and backgrounds for years and I've successfully helped them create the lives they desired to live. Together, we have developed ways of reaching their goals, including improving time management, meeting desired career goals, integrating relaxation and meditation into their lives, and learning when to say "no."
In my office you have permission to put yourself first. I can help you discover your own voice, ask for what you need, make time for yourself, and feel satisfied in your relationships. In essence, you will learn to you treat yourself the way you deserve to be treated. Individually or in my women's group, I can help you discover the right balance between doing for others and getting your needs met.
