Full Fee Rates
$160 Initial intake session (50 minutes)
$125 Individual therapy session (50 minutes) 
$20 Group therapy (60 minutes)

I am also willing to slide my full fee to make therapy more affordable for those who have financial hardship.

Insurance
I am a Highmark Blue Shield in-network provider. If you are a Highmark Blue Shield member, you may have to pay a co-pay at the beginning of each session and Highmark will be billed for the remainder of the fee. Please check with Highmark about your co-pay. Please be aware that Personal Choice is treated as out-of-network by Highmark, so out-of-network fees and deductibles may apply. If you have a different insurance, your health insurance company may partially reimburse you for my services as an out-of-network provider. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have out of network mental health insurance benefits?
• Do I have to meet my deductible before using out-of-network benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Credit cards accepted for full fee payment only through Paypal via this website. It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to pay through Paypal.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
